We believe in our products and we want you to experience the full benefit — which is why we recommend wearing your All-Day Bunion Corrector™ for a minimum of 14 days before considering a return. If you are not satisfied for any reason after 14 days and within our 90-day money back guarantee period please contact us at Support@beyondbunions.com and we will make it right.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to make any changes or cancel your order please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. After 24 hours your order will have already entered our processing phase and we may not be able to accommodate your request. If you cancel within the 24 hour window we will process your refund within 7 business days.

We simply ask that you give it a fair chance and wear it consistently for at least 14 days so you can experience what gentle sustained correction actually feels like.
If you are still not happy after 14 days and within the 90-day guarantee window you are welcome to return your order for a full refund. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable where applicable.
To start your return simply fill out the form on our Contact Us page or email us directly at Support@beyondbunions.com. To help us process your return as quickly as possible please include your order number or the name and email address used to place your order.
Damaged Items
We take great care packaging every order to make sure it arrives in perfect condition. If your item arrives damaged please let us know within 72 hours of delivery by emailing us at Support@beyondbunions.com with a clear photo of the damage. We will review your claim and determine whether you are eligible for a replacement at no additional cost.
Please note that damaged packaging such as dented boxes where the product inside is in good condition is not considered product damage. We do not offer refunds, replacements, or returns for items damaged through normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.
Shipping & Delivery
We work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible. However Beyond Bunions cannot be held responsible for shipping or delivery delays caused by the courier, customs, weather, or any other factors outside of our control. If you experience any issues with your delivery please contact the courier directly for assistance. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double check your shipping address before completing your order. If you notice an error please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order so we can correct it before it ships. If we are not notified within 24 hours and your order ships to an incorrect address we will not be able to offer a resend or a refund.

It is the responsibility of the customer to review the most current version of this policy before making a purchase.
