At Beyond Bunions we believe getting relief to your door should be as simple and stress free as possible. That is why we offer free shipping on every single order — no minimums, no exceptions.

Order Processing Times

Once you place your order please allow 1-3 business days for us to process and dispatch it. Your order is considered dispatched the moment it is handed off to our shipping carrier and is on its way to you. During peak periods and holidays processing times may extend up to 7 business days. We appreciate your patience and will always keep you informed.

Estimated Delivery Times

After your order has been dispatched delivery times will depend on your location. Please see the estimated delivery times below:

Please note that during peak periods and holidays shipping carriers may experience delays outside of our control. If you are located outside of the United States unexpected customs delays may also affect your overall delivery timeframe.

Order Changes and Accurate Shipping Details

Please double check your shipping address before completing your order — it is the small things that cause the biggest headaches. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure all shipping details are accurate and complete at checkout. Incomplete or incorrect shipping details may result in processing delays or order cancellation.

If our team detects an address issue we will reach out by email within 3 business days to verify your details. If we do not hear back within that time we reserve the right to cancel the order.

If you spot an error in your shipping details after placing your order please email us at Support@beyondbunions.com within 24 hours. We will do everything we can to fix it before your order ships — but we cannot guarantee changes can be made after that window.

Delayed Delivery

We know how much it means to you to receive your order quickly and we work hard to get every package out as fast as possible. However there are times when delays happen due to circumstances completely outside of our control — severe weather, courier disruptions, customs processing, or other unforeseen situations.

If anything comes up on our end that might delay your order we will notify you as soon as possible. Beyond Bunions is not liable for delays caused by external factors and cannot guarantee an exact delivery date. What we can guarantee is that we will always do our best to keep you updated and help resolve any issues that come up.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We understand how frustrating it is when a package goes missing and we are sorry if that happens to you. Once your order has been handed off to the carrier it is outside of our direct control. If your package appears to be lost or stolen please email us at Support@beyondbunions.com and we will do everything we can to help.

We also recommend contacting the courier directly to file a claim as most carriers have a process in place for situations like this. We will follow up with the courier on your behalf and keep you updated every step of the way. If the package cannot be located we may offer a replacement depending on the circumstances. In cases where the package cannot be found we recommend filing a police report.

Please note that Beyond Bunions is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been handed off to the carrier.
