Slide the sleeve onto your foot like a sock. Pull it on until your big toe sits in the toe pocket and your heel is snug in the back.
2) Wrap the Cross-Strap:
Pull the velcro strap across the top of your foot and press it down. Make sure it covers both sides of your foot — the big-toe side and the pinky-toe side.
3) Set Your Tension Level:
Start on the loosest setting (level 1). The strap should feel snug but never tight. You should be able to wiggle your toes.
4) Wear Throughout the Day:
